Josef IT Services is built around a personal journey in software engineering, technology leadership and financial systems.

Engineering foundations

Born and educated in France, I trained as an engineer and built the technical foundations that shaped my career in software development.

I moved to Singapore and developed my career in an international environment, including experience as a CTO and technology leader.

In Switzerland, I worked on demanding financial and eBanking platforms, combining hands-on engineering with production-grade delivery.

Today, based in Taiwan, I bring those experiences together through Josef IT Services and work with businesses across borders.

I’m Jean-Charles Duhail, a French software engineer. My career has taken me from engineering studies in France to technology leadership in Singapore, financial software in Geneva, and now Taiwan. Along the way I have worked across different industries, teams and technical environments — from building applications to leading technology, integrating complex systems and supporting critical production platforms.

Josef IT Services is deliberately personal: clients work directly with an experienced engineer who understands that good software is not only about technology. It is about understanding the business, making pragmatic decisions and delivering something that works.
